Sorry I haven’t updated in a while! I have been very busy with institute.  I actually love it! I had a tough first few days trying to get used to working with all type A, overly academic professionals, but as soon as I met my students nothing else mattered.  I am teaching 1st grade at institute and my students are amazing. I am quite literally obsessed.  The transition into teaching all by myself was actually really smooth and I have loved every second of it.  My students can’t say my last name correctly, so instead refer to me as “Miss Zanzabar” about half the time. ADORABLE. Waking up at 5:30 every morning is tough, and we don’t get home til around 6:30pm then have lesson planning galore.  Luckily, I have been keeping myself way ahead on lesson planning which has made my life so much less stressful.  I love my roommate, she is fabulous, and we have our own bathroom because our suitemates never showed up… awkward! I have made some really great friends here already and besides being really tired, I am doing fabulously   I will update more this weekend! I miss everyone at home so much! xox
